    "content": "I looked at the objectives of this Bill. It will consolidate the law on civil registration and legal identity management. It will also establish a digital national population database to be a primary source of foundational and functional data for an individual resident. It will provide mechanisms for registration of births, deaths and recognition of vital events of a resident. It will facilitate the assigning of the Huduma Namba and issuance of legal identity documents. It will also promote integrity, confidentiality and security of personal data under the NIIMS database."
