    "content": "This Bill needs to be withdrawn in its entirety from Parliament so that we go back to the drawing board and address the inherent risks. Denying one Kenyan the right of access or inclusion is denying the whole world as far as I am concerned. That is because the right of one individual is very important. We need to address these issues before this Bill becomes law. Of course, I know it will come to the Committee of the whole House where we have the opportunity to make amendments to it. I will propose many amendments regarding this Bill."
