    "content": "So, this Bill is very important. In terms of immigration and borders, restrictions must continue because we must safeguard our country. As I said earlier, people have been taking Kenya for granted and that is why we have been seeing all these Al Shabaab. People just walk freely into our country. Remember many Kenyans have lost their lives due to porous border points. So, the Huduma Namba will help in security. We want to live safely. We do not want to be killed like the Garissa University students and other Kenyans who have lost their lives and their loved ones. The security of this country should be properly checked. I appreciate the Committee for coming up with the Huduma Bill. I urge all of us to support the Bill. It will save this country from many things. I support."
