(1) A person who commits an offence under this Act for which penalty. no penalty is provided shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand shillings or a fine not exceeding twice the value of the coffee or coffee products or, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months, or to both. (2) Where the person convicted under this section is also a licence or permit holder under this Act, the licensing authority may, in addition, cancel such person’s licence."
