    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new Clause immediately after New Clause 26: Registration by the Board. 26B. (1) The Board shall register warehousemen, coffee buyers, commercial coffee millers, grower millers, independent cupping laboratories, coffee roasters, coffee liqueurs, processed coffee importers, clean coffee importers, marketing agents, coffee bags suppliers, and certification companies. (2) The Board shall issue a certificate of registration upon registration of the applicants. (3) The Board shall not charge any fee for the registration of an applicant under subsection (1)."
