(3) Any person who contravenes the provisions of subsection (1) or acts in contravention of the conditions of any licence granted commits an offence and is liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both. (4) Where a person is convicted of an offence under this section, the court may order that any licence issued to such person be suspended for the subsequent coffee year or for such period as the Cabinet Secretary may, by Regulations, prescribe."
