    "content": " It is something we deliberated at length. You need to really appreciate how coffee processing is done. It is something we deliberated on seriously because the process of dealing with coffee is very long. There are percentages that are removed at each process. That is why we zeroed in at that. It is not something we came up with. We visited some cooperatives and it was arrived at that. It is also good to really appreciate what was done to arrive at that. We as a Committee really deliberated on that area. We can still do consultations. I believe we did a good job on that part. Thank you."
