    "content": "Conflict of laws. 87A. If any conflict arises between the provisions of this Act and any other Act with respect to the regulation of coffee, the provisions of this Act shall prevail. The justification is that the proposed New Clause 87A provides clarity in the case there is conflict between the provisions of the Act and any other Act. Thank you."
