If an offence under this Act is committed by a body corporate, any other association of individuals or a co-operative society, a director, partner or any other person involved in, or acting or purporting to act in the management of its affairs commits an offence unless that person proves that— (a) the act or omission constituting the offence took place without the person’s knowledge; or (b) the person took reasonable steps to prevent the commission of the offence"
