On behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I rise to issue a Statement to the House regarding the repatriation of Kenyans stranded in Ukraine as requested by Hon. Zuleikha Hassan, Member of Parliament for Kwale County, on Thursday, 24th February 2022. The matter seems to have taken a little longer than it should have been. This is because of the nature of the responses which required a lot of engagements and involved other countries.
