Forget about being the Vice-Chair of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security. Forget about the Vice-Chair of that Department or the Government that you purport to support. Stand with your people. This Bill is bad for our people; it is bad for those who come from the border. It is bad for the Immigration Department, which is run very well."
