The contents of this Bill will have very serious ramifications on the Republic of Kenya and its citizenry. If we look at Clause 70 of the Bill, it talks about a raft of issues. It talks about registration of adoption, registration of marriages, public pension, registration of taxpayers, licensing of drivers, national health insurance, national social security, refugees and asylum seekers, public labour records, et cetera ."
