But when this law is passed and some of them will come back to be Members of this august House, they will have a raft of issues to deal with. For that reason, the Bill no longer belongs to the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security. It belongs to the House. The House will decide on how to proceed. Hon. Speaker, while you have rushed them to bring to Report, they should not rush us to pass the Bill. The Bill must be soberly debated and some of the issues must be canvassed.
