Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 4 of the Bill be amended by─ (a) deleting paragraph (c); (b) deleting the word “department” appearing in paragraph (e) and substituting therefor the words “Government entity”; (c) deleting paragraph (f). The justification is to facilitate coordination and partnership with Government entities responsible for customs, other relevant Government ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) or industry players dealing in trade or trade facilitation."
