Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 28 of the Bill be amended by─ (a) inserting the words, “competitively recruited and” immediately after the word “agency” appearing in sub-clause (1); and, (b) deleting the words, “at least an advanced relevant degree” appearing in paragraph (a) of sub-clause (2), and substituting therefor the words “a relevant postgraduate degree”."
