    "content": " I support this amendment. It is very important for Government entities and even persons who import or export. As a country, we have a deficit in terms of what we export. We import almost everything. So, if we have the leeway of involving these persons, not only local businesses although they are in the counties, but also international businesses, we can breed traders from the local area."
