    "content": " I thank you, Hon. Deputy Chairlady. My friend can sometimes be funny. Article 260 of our Constitution has delineated who qualifies to become a State Officer or a Public Officer. We are guided by Chapter Six of our Constitution on Leadership and Integrity. If the Leadership and Integrity Act is invoked, you can be removed from office any time. This includes being declared bankrupt. It is already clear. So, removal as it appears in subsection (c) emanates from Chapter Six of our Constitution."
