    "content": "As I conclude, I thank my Committee Members who took time off during this very tough and nomination time to have quorum throughout the meetings that we had. They sat and deliberated on this matter which is very critical. They wrote a Report which was tabled in this House. I hope Members will have time to read it. It will inform any of the amendments or otherwise, that they may wish to bring to the House."
