    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we cannot mislead the whole country. He is becoming like the Principal Secretary who told us that the Pipeline Company is wet yet Kenyans are queuing in pump stations; vehicles are stuck on roads and motorcycles are at home because they do not have fuel. People are carrying petroleum in Jerricans and he dares tell Kenyans that fuel is available. Do we go to fuel our vehicles in pipeline or where should we fuel our vehicles from? How do we know?
