    "content": "Therefore, this Bill is timely and will save a lot of lives. As the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Health, we noted that we do not have a plan for emergency, especially on very many highways. I thank the Jubilee Government that I am a proud Member of for managing to build several highways. But when it comes to accidents, we do not have emergency hotline numbers or ambulances that are on standby. In the developed countries, when an accident occurs, you will find a fire truck, the police and an ambulance and not just an empty ambulance, but an ambulance that is well equipped with experts.
