I encourage Members that, if anyone feels there is something that has been left out in addition to the proposal on amendments that will be coming from the Departmental Committee on Energy, it will be good to have issues brought up so that we fast-track this Bill and have it into law. Let it go to the Senate and the 12th Parliament may well be the one that has helped in mitigation measures on disaster management.
