    "content": "AND THAT, the issues in respect of which this Petition is made are not pending before any court, or before any constitutional or legal body. Now, therefore, your humble Petitioners pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Lands: (i) Urges both the Ministry of Lands and the National Land Commission to recognise the second adjudication exercise conducted in 2007 and to fast track the issuance of allotment letters and title deeds to the residents of Tumbe Village; and, (ii) Makes any other recommendations it deems appropriate in the circumstances of the Petition. And your Petitioners will ever pray. Thank you."
