    "content": "If you can also protect me from the Member for Kipipiri, who is the Leader of the Minority within the formerly Majority Party, to stop shouting at me from his seat and be patient, because I cannot be intimidated by the shouting of a man from Kipipiri. It started in Laikipia, as the Member for Isiolo said, then it went to Baringo, in Garissa, and is now in Isiolo. In the run-up to elections before, we have seen these things happen and it is not a matter that we should take lightly. Beyond the regions of Baringo, Laikipia, Isiolo, Garissa and elsewhere, there is a deliberate resurgence of the M ungiki menace in the Mt. Kenya region.
