In fact, it is not him; it is Parliament that is supposed to take this Statement to the Cabinet Secretary, and the Cabinet Secretary is supposed to send Hon. Mwathi, as his agent, to read his response Statement here. If the Statement will say that they are now combing the whole place, that is what Hon. Mwathi will come and say here, and then Hon. Abdisalan will say they are not combing the area because he was there yesterday.
