You almost became the Governor of Narok County because you are so honourable enough to leave the woman representative position for another woman in Narok County. This amendment is the same. It is a breeding ground. If you nominate a MCA with disability, a woman or the minority tribes from Turkana County in Mombasa County, you do not assist them. You give them a salary."
