    "content": "Assuming that is what the Cabinet Secretary has done, he has not usurped the powers of the Chief Justice. The amendment you effected was to give that authority to the Judicial Service Commission (JSC). I Chair the Parliamentary Service Commission and if something is done against a decision or power of the Commission, it is not about me. So, I think it is important that the Committee looks at this to see if indeed this is what happened, make its report to the House and recommend appropriate action."
