Speaker, I rise to make a Statement pursuant to Standing Order No.43 on an issue of general topical concern namely; the proceedings of the Twelfth Ordinary Session of the Plenary Assembly of the Forum of Parliaments – of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (FP-ICGLR) held between 2nd to 6th April 2022 in Nairobi, Kenya.
