    "content": "Hon. Speaker, conscious of the constrained fiscal space, we intend to implement these policy measures within a sustainable fiscal framework. Indeed, we have moderated our spending level targets and ensured cautious revenue projections. We have re-prioritised public spending towards pro-poor expenditures in health, education and supporting the vulnerable segment of the population. In addition, we are leveraging on the Public Private Partnership to fund public projects, support the private sector and narrow the fiscal deficit."
