    "content": "We have also learnt from other countries. We have been to Kigali in Rwanda to learn how they deal with issues of gender based violence, issues of mental health and the facilities they have for rescue centers. We are able to draw that experience and bring it home and say “we need to expand our methods of collection of evidence in the event of gender based violence”."
