    "content": "Alternative dispute resolution is definitely the way of the future, it is part of our Constitution. It is good to see it being mainstreamed in some of our Bills and that is something that we have to celebrate. As I thank all the Senators who have contributed to this important Bill, I would like to say that this is the sort of Bill that is long overdue and would be good if it could become an Act before we dissolve Parliament in this session. It is our prayer that the people of western where the sugar belt exists can see this happen and that way we can demonstrate that this House of Parliament is really fighting for the people of this country. Madam Temporary Speaker, I beg to reply and I beg to move that the putting of the Question be deferred to a later date pursuant to Standing Order No.61 (3). I thank you."
