Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 5 of the Bill be amended in paragraph (g) by inserting the words “and county governments” immediately after the words “the Cabinet Secretary”. The justification for this is that the amendment seeks to ensure that both the national Government and county governments benefit from the advice of the Community Health Workers Council."
