    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. Before I contribute to this Bill, it is quite interesting to hear from Hon. Gitonga about his early days in school. It does inspire many of us to hear the journeys that you both took together and eventually landed in this honourable House. Coming back to my contribution, it is important that we acknowledge the amendment to the National Construction Authority Bill that the Member has brought to this House. He has highlighted the critical issues that are there. It is quite important that I highlight that the consideration of young people in this Bill is what inspires me. The rights of young people who are in business, particularly those in the construction business and the like, need to be looked at. What is really valuable is that opportunities accorded to young people at this juncture will contribute to wealth creation efforts and growth of this country.
