    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me a chance to contribute to this very good Bill. I want to thank Hon. Gikaria for coming up with it, which is home-made. There are realities in the whole Bill. One, the youths and women are the majority in this country. This Bill will help us and open ways and means for the youths and women to get some contracts and employment. I read the newspapers yesterday, and population-wise, the youths and women are the majority in this country. Women are almost 7 per cent more than men. The youths are more. Therefore, we will create time and space for youths to get jobs."
