    "content": "I also suggest that every cancer patient who does not have a medical insurance should be insured by the Government. These are very few people and some of them are already insured through their insurance systems. However, I suggest that the Government should insure the few who are not insured. It will not be very expensive. Many patients will get the necessary medical support that they require."
