Duale stating that when they take over, they shall do a number of things for the diaspora. But successive Governments have always ignored the role the diaspora plays in the economy of this country. The diaspora community is not looking for handouts, but they want to know how they can invest in their country and enlighten other Kenyans to invest outside there.
