Ben Momanyi had sought a Statement regarding an accident involving two employees of Transmara Sugar Company Limited located in Narok County. In particular, the Member sought responses on the following: (i) The status of investigation since the disappearance of Mr. Duke Nyambimba Mong’are and Mr. Patrick Adipo, both employees of Transmara Sugar Company Limited, who were covered by falling bagasse which put up a fire at the bagasse yard and have not been traced to date.
