    "content": "There is one horrible story that we got. There was a time when there were too many abandoned children in hospitals, especially in Nairobi City County. A directive was given that they should be taken to children’s homes. When that directive was given, they disappeared within one day. Only two or three were available to be taken to the homes. That begs the question: Where did the other children go to? When those hospitals were asked, most of them said that they traced their parents. If they could not do it in a year, how could they do it within one or two days?"
