    "content": "There are children who have both genitalia. They are the ones we call intersex. I do not think the Government has done something to ensure that these children have their fundamental rights. I am looking at a child who has both genitalia and does not know whether she is a girl or he is a boy. We need to have proper centres or special education for these children. Most of them are stigmatised, they do not know where they belong. When you talk about registration for these kinds of children it is also a problem. So, we need to have some regulation or some proper legal framework to ensure that they are protected."
