    "content": "The other thing is about children with disabilities. Most of the time when we talk about children with disabilities, we forget that we have different types of disabilities. For instance, children with hydrocephalus and spina bifida, children with cerebral palsy and autism. These are children who need special education, special facilities and equipment so that they can access education. Right now we are not doing much for these children. In our normal school, we have some units. If you go to a primary school, they will have one classroom and they call it a special unit for children with disabilities. Is it enough? Do we have facilities? Do we have proper equipment? Do we have teachers who have been trained to ensure that these kinds of children access education?"
