    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I have so much respect for my colleague here. He is a very intelligent Member of Parliament. However, he is out of order because he is saying that we should allow children to choose which country they should be adopted to. Imagine a one-year-old child who is stolen from Pumwani Hospital, placed in a children’s home and taken to court for legal adoption to be sold abroad. That is out of order. Our children cannot decide."
