We brought all the documents that we carry in our wallets like driving licence and identification card into one particular document to make it easy to transact business. You do not have to go from one Government office to another one seeking services. Huduma Centres also solve some of these issues. You can apply for a certificate of good conduct, identification card and all manner of documents in a one-stop shop. When it comes to businesses, it is the same."
