    "content": "This Bill has advantages. It will reduce the number of processes, when you are doing business. These processes scare away potential investors in this country, who can bring massive businesses that can employ our youth, as well as pay taxes that will enable us pay loans. They are tiring. When you have money, you have a choice to invest either in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania or any other country in the world. When we make these processes easier, then we will attract those very big investors who will do business in this country."
