    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to second this Bill. In seconding, I associate with the notes or sentiments that have been given by the Mover. In the interest of time, I let the House know that, on its First Reading on 21st December 2021, the Bill was referred to the Committee. The Committee proceeded to undertake public participation in which case an advertisement was placed in the dailies on 23rd December 2021. Thereafter, we held consultations with the State Department for Immigration.
