    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, pursuant to Standing Order 159, the amendment of the National Assembly to the Mental Health (Amendment) Bill (senate Bills No.28 of 2020) be now considered. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I thank the National Assembly for dispensing with this critical matter. I understand that the Senate Committee on Health is okay with the amendments brought by the National Assembly. The Committee has already considered this matter and tabled their report on this matter. I commend them for doing a good job. I want this House to consider voting for these amendments tomorrow, in case we are done with the debate on this matter. Mental health is a critical matter. Since it has already been considered by this House, I do not see any point in belabouring the issue. More so because our technical Committee has considered it and come up with their recommendations and they are okay with it."
