    "content": "He was a Whiteman with a mental case. We did not even appreciate that white men can also be mentally ill. People just sat quietly and waited until the fellow retired, yet the law says that if you have mental infirmity or incapacity, you should be relieved of your duties through a tribunal. Nobody set up a tribunal. The fellow remained mad on the bench mistreating everybody until he retired. That is something we went through."
