    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I want to let my Senior Counsel know that agriculture is fully devolved. That is why it is important to elect a governor who can make a difference to the lives of the people and not try to apportion blame to the national Government because it has sent money to the county governments to ensure that agriculture and health are fully devolved functions and that they deliver. In regards to the issue of petroleum, if the price goes high, the byproducts of those commodities will also go high. I also want him to know, that is how economics works.
