Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.42, I wish to convey a Message from His Excellency the President relating to the nomination of persons for appointment to the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC). Hon. Members, the Message, which was received in my Office yesterday, 4th April 2022, conveys in part, that, pursuant to the provisions of Article 250 (2)(b) of the Constitution, the procedure set out in sections 7 (1) and 10 of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Act as read together with sections 3 and 5 of the Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act, 2011, His Excellency the President, has nominated the following persons for appointment to the office of a member of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission: 1.
