    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Bill. While it might not be the right time for the amendment of the elections laws, I seek to allay the fears of some of the Members of this House. This law can only be applicable where it is possible. If the electoral cycle has already started, the law will be applied only in areas where it is applicable. However, in areas that the law will already be overtaken by events, it will only be applicable after the law comes into effect. It might not affect any process that has started."
