    "content": "The issue of transmission of results has been clearly put into law. Initially, it was a bit ambiguous. It was left to the administrative action of the IEBC. The law will be very clear that any dispute that arises, especially on presidential elections, can be easily tackled after following the process of transmission of the results that is clearly provided for in this Bill."
