    "content": "There is a provision which bars persons running as political party candidates from jumping to vie as Independent candidates. I have no problem with that provision. We in political parties do not want to allow people to waste our time then they jump ship. But, is it implementable? It is already done. So, in as much as we are thinking about it being a good law, it is not opportune to bother about it now because it can only apply in the future elections.
